Peaceful, restful, yet plenty on offer in the area for all ages. My boys are aged 12 and 14 years and they loved the use of the row boat provided as part of the accommodation, and the opportunity to fish in the river/inlet from just outside our living room door. Summercraft were also very reasonable in the price of launch hire, compared to the rest of the other boatyards in Wroxham.

A wonderful place to stay, set away from the busy heart of the Broads, yet only five minutes walk away from the shops and pubs. Absolutely marvellous acccommodation and we'll be back next year if we can. The kids loved the rowing boat and hubby loved the fishing. Very dog friendly with plenty of good walks in the area.

The location was perfect, close to the shops and eating places, and yet set in a beautiful and peaceful hideaway that was away from any passing traffic. Also superb accommodation, would recommend this place to anyone.

The fishing from the property was great. Hire of day boat was easy and convenient. House is very light for partially sighted clients.
